Programs

A class for every age and level

Kids are grouped by skill, not age, so every child trains with partners at their level. Instructors place each new student after the intro class.

Ages 3–4

Little Champs

30-minute classes built on movement, balance and listening. The first step on the mat.

Mon & Wed · 4:30 PM

Ages 5–10 · Beginners

Kids Levels 1 & 2

Fundamentals, safe falling and the first positions of Jiu-Jitsu for new kids.

Tue & Thu · 4:00 PM

Ages 5–10 · Experienced

Kids Levels 2 & 3

For kids with stripes. More technique, live training and a path through the kids belts.

Mon–Fri · 5:00 & 6:00 PM

Teens & adults

BJJ All Levels

Gi classes for every belt. Technique, drilling and sparring, with beginners welcome.

Mornings, noon & 7:00 PM

Women's Only

Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense in a class taught for women only.

No-Gi

Grappling without the uniform. Recommended for white belts with 2+ stripes or wrestlers.

A free gi is included with a 90-day minimum membership. Ask us about the trial when you book your intro class.
